KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 10, 2019) – United Soccer Coaches released the latest rankings for NCAA Division I and Junior College men’s and women’s soccer along with the first regular season rankings for NCAA Divisions II and III on Tuesday.

Wake Forest sits at No. 1 in the Division I men’s poll for the second consecutive week with a 4-0 record,
 while North Carolina continues its stay on top of the women’s poll thanks to a 6-0 start to the season.

In NCAA Division II, West Chester moved up three spots to take over the No. 1 ranking in the men’s poll, while preseason No. 1 Grand Valley State sits atop the women’s ranking in the first poll thanks to a 2-0 start to the season.

At the NCAA Division III level, defending National Champions Tufts University on the men’s side and Williams College in the women’s poll continue to hold down the No. 1 rankings.

The men’s and women’s teams from Monroe College-New Rochelle are both 4-0 to start the season and both are ranked No. 1 in the Junior College Division I polls. In Junior College Division III, Mount San Antonio College jumped up four spots to No. 1 in the men’s poll thanks to a 5-0 start and Richland College continues to hold down the top spot in the women’s ranking.

United Soccer Coaches college rankings, released every Tuesday during the regular season, are an indicator of the week-to-week status of qualified programs and in no way should be used as a guide or indicator of eligibility for championship selection. To be eligible for consideration in United Soccer Coaches college rankings, a school must be a member of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program.
