KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 7. 2021) — United Soccer Coaches released the most recent Men’s and Women’s Rankings for Division I and II of NCAA and Junior College soccer, sponsored by Verizon, on Tuesday.

Georgetown takes over the No. 1 spot on the NCAA Division I men’s poll, while Florida State claims the top spot on the women’s poll for the third straight week. 

In NCAA Division II soccer, University of Charleston and Flagler College remain in No. 1 on the men’s and women’s polls respectively.

At the Junior College Division I level, Salt Lake City Community College moves up to No. 1, after starting No. 2 in the pre-season men’s poll. Tyler Junior College remains in the No. 1 spot on the women’s poll. 

At the top of the NJCAA Division II men’s poll this week is Community College of Baltimore-Essex, previously ranked No. 2. On the women’s side, Heartland Community College jumps five spots to take over the No. 1 spot.

In NJCAA Division III, Delta College claims the No. 1 on the women’s poll after starting second in the pre-season poll. 

United Soccer Coaches college rankings, released every Tuesday during the regular season, are an indicator of the week-to-week status of qualified programs and in no way should be used as a guide or indicator of eligibility for championship selection. To be eligible for consideration in United Soccer Coaches college rankings, a school must be a member of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program
