We have a presence on social media (we are most active on Twitter and on Facebook) so please engage with us on those platforms. We continue to learn about all our members and grow membership—it’s all about the people when it comes down to United Soccer Coaches. We love the connection with our members and the levels we represent under the umbrella of the association. We love the fact that allies regularly attend our meetings, as connecting with other Coaches Communities and levels makes all of us stronger. We look forward to an eventful rest of the year and seeing YOU at Philly CV23! Complete the form on the association website, send us a message or reach out via social media. Looking forward to connecting with you soon!

This past summer, my sons and I had an incredible opportunity to visit, coach, play, and serve in Honduras. As I reflect on our experience and work there, I want to highlight what I feel is the key summary component from the trip. Partnerships are critical if we want to serve well in our current times. Often, a common thread of hope and light shines through challenging situations in many communities and I believe this is because of those that have committed to working together for a common cause. The Christian New Testament presents this critical core value as Unity and this is exactly what Jesus of Nazareth asks God to provide for his followers. “Make them one.” John 17:1

My hope is that reading this newsletter will give you some ideas of how you can build partnerships and strive for unity with others around you to bring light to world that you live in. When we link together and work towards bringing hope and support to others in a unified way, we can reach the full potential of our ability to serve. Committed partnerships provide motivation, support, and encouragement to teams set to achieve a common goal.
