KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 13, 2022) – United Soccer Coaches released the latest NCAA Division I men’s and women’s soccer rankings on Tuesday.

Clemson claimed No. 1 on the men’s poll again this week, followed by Wake Forest and Stanford tied for second. University of Washington fell one spot to fourth, while Duke jumped two spots to fifth. 

On the women’s side, UCLA earned the top spot again this week. University of North Carolina follows UCLA in the No. 2 spot, ahead of Duke in third, Rutgers in fourth, and University of South Carolina in fifth. 

United Soccer Coaches college rankings, released every Tuesday during the regular season, are an indicator of the week-to-week status of qualified programs and in no way should be used as a guide or indicator of eligibility for championship selection. To be eligible for consideration in United Soccer Coaches college rankings, a school must be a member of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program.
