KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Jan. 9, 2023) – United Soccer Coaches announced on Monday the signing of an agreement with the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation (AZHCCF)/NABEDC-MBDA Project Serving AIANNH (NABEDC).

The agreement establishes AZHCCF/NABEDC as an education and content partner of the association with a main purpose to enhance business opportunities and provide support for underserved and underrepresented communities across the country.

“This unique agreement not only extends our mission to enhance, contribute, and advocate for soccer coaches but allows us to provide an outlet for new voices in our space,” said Geoff VanDeusen, United Soccer Coaches CEO.

AZHCCF/NABEDC’s involvement will begin at the 2023 United Soccer Coaches Convention in Philadelphia Pa. From Jan. 11-15, 2023, the organization will be on-site at the convention to participate in many of the sessions presented by the Coaches Communities and meet with key stakeholders to further minority and women business development activities.

“Being apart of this historic event is an absolute honor and being a DEI partner of United Soccer Coaches will allow us to provide enhanced services directly to the coaching community,” said Kaaren-Lyn Graves, NABEDC Executive Director. “This will result in the creation of new entrepreneurs and business owners nationwide.”

Following the 2023 Convention, AZHCCF/NABEDC will work with the association to provide guidance and expertise related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), collaborate with United Soccer Coaches to create a supplier diversity program, and enhance business opportunities for our members and partners.
