KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Nov. 23, 2021) — United Soccer Coaches released the latest fall high school boys’ and girls’ soccer rankings, sponsored by Verizon, on Tuesday. St. Ignatius (Cleveland, Ohio) and Skyline (Salt Lake City, Utah) claim the No. 1 spot on the boys’ and girls’ polls, respectively.
On the boys’ poll, the Top 4 remained the same with St. Ignatius (Cleveland, Ohio) in first, St. Benedict’s Prep (Newark, N.J.) in second, Marquette University High (Milwaukee, Wis.) in third, and Boylan Catholic (Rockford, Ill.) in fourth. Rounding out the Top 5 is Somers (Lincolndale, N.Y.) moving up one spot to claim fifth.Skyline (Salt Lake City, Utah) held onto the No. 1 spot on the girls’ poll again this week, followed by Homestead (Fort Wayne, Ind.) in second, and Bearden (Knoxville, Tenn.) in third. New Hartford (New Hartford, N.Y.) remains No. 4 this week with Mars Area (Mars, Pa.) moving up one spot to No. 5.
