KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Feb. 26, 2019) – United Soccer Coaches and USA TODAY High School Sports released today the preseason national polls in the USA TODAY/United Soccer Coaches Super 25 Rankings for boys and girls high school soccer in the spring season.
Dalton High School from Dalton, Ga. is off to a 4-0 start in the spring and is atop the boys poll. Dutch Fork (Irmo, S.C.), Lambert (Suwanee, Ga.), Union (Tulsa, Okla.) and Kearney (Kearney, Neb.) round out the top five in the boys preseason rankings.
Parkview High School in Lilburn, Ga. is also off to a 4-0 start this spring and leads the way in the girls rankings. Barrington (Barrington, Ill.) is No. 2 followed by Rockwood Summit (Fenton, Mo.), First Colonial (Virginia Beach, Va.) and Grandview (Aurora, Colo.) rounding out the top five.
The first set of regular season regional and national rankings for the spring season will be released on Tuesday, March 19.
