KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 8, 2018) – United Soccer Coaches (formerly the NSCAA) and USA TODAY High School Sports released today the latest regional and national polls in the USA TODAY/United Soccer Coaches rankings for boys and girls high school spring soccer.

Wando High School in Mount Pleasant, S.C., under head coach Shilo Tisdale, continues its stronghold on the top spot in the boys poll with a 25-0-0 record. The Westminster Schools (Atlanta, Ga.) comes in at No. 2 for the second consecutive week with a 20-0-1 mark. Roosevelt (Seattle, Wash.) and Union (Tulsa,  Okla.) flip-flopped at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, with Cambridge (Milton, Ga.) moving into the top five.

The top five of the girls poll was unchanged with Notre Dame de Sion in Kansas City, Mo., led by head coach Matt Darby, atop the rankings for the fourth straight week with a 15-0-0 record. St. Charles North (St. Charles, Ill.) was No. 2 for the fourth straight poll as well with a 16-0-1 mark. They are followed by Madison (Vienna, Va.), Clover (Clover, S.C.) and Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, Okla.) rounding out the top five.
