The Latino Coaches Advocacy Group distributes a monthly newsletter to keep its members up to date on news, deadlines and other association happenings. The newsletter also serves to let members know what the group is working on, highlighting group members and information on how you can get involved. Below is a letter from group chair Julio Serrano. To read the full newsletter, click here.

My Fellow Coaches,

Over the next few months we will be having a rotation of our “Letter from the Chair” with each of our Strategic Team Chairs kicking off the monthly newsletter. I look forward to each of our 4 group chairs sharing their voice.

Please if there are questions, concerns, or you are if you are interested in being a part of the Latino Advocacy group send us an email.

The Enhancement Group is working diligently to create a variety of content across the Latino Coaches social media platforms.

To celebrate the Latinos heritage month, we are spotlighting coaches that have been making a great impact in their communities and the country through the game of soccer.

As the Enhancement Chair I want to acknowledge and recognize the dedication and efforts of every member that has contributed to the Enhancement team. We understand that it’s vital for our coaches professional growth, to acknowledge the evolution of the game through different coaching methodologies and sharing that with our Latino Coaches Advocacy group members. During this pandemic times, we have learned that’s very important to rapidly adapt to the circumstances and the soccer world has proven more than ever, that we must be open to learn new processes, methodologies and concepts of the beautiful game of soccer.

Best regards,

Coach Pedro Oliveira
