KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Jan. 3, 2023) – Jesuit (Tampa, Fla.) and Santiago (Corona, Calif.) claimed the top spots in the first winter high school boys’ and girls’ soccer rankings of the season, United Soccer Coaches announced on Tuesday.On the boys’ rankings, Jesuit (Tampa, Fla.) took the No. 1 spot, followed by Clovis North (Clovis, Calif.) in second and Clinton (Clinton, Miss.) in third. The Woodlands (The Woodlands, Texas) claimed fourth and JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) took fifth.On the first winter high school girls’ soccer rankings, Santiago (Corona, Calif.) earned the top spot. Bartram Trail (St. Johns, Fla.) took second and Carroll (Southlake, Texas) took third. Rounding out the Top 5 is No. 4 St. Thomas More (Lafayette, La.) and No. 5 St. Johns Country Day (Orange Park, Fla.).
