My experiences as a coach started a year ago, it all began when my head coach Eusebio “Chebo” Martinez allowed me to assist his “Rayados” team as a goalkeeping assistant and side coach. I was the head coach of two teams of a 2014/2017 category. I’m currently the head coach of “CT Cimarrones” category 2014/2017.

As a soccer player, I’ve had two national runner-ups in Mexico, one in association level soccer and one in indoor soccer. Also, a couple of calls for the Mexico national soccer team. Those were some of my best stages as a soccer player. Those were one of the best experiences and achievements in my youth stage in my soccer career.

Eusebio “Chebo” Martínez my coach, mentor, and friend inspires me the most. He is a person who is always ready and prepared for every moment. Not only does it teach you to be a better person, but also a better soccer player, to be a different player, and to be prepared in all aspects, be physical, technical, tactical, and mental, but also in the theoretical part, it explains its methodology and its training program It explains why it’s so important the function of these. He is always sharing his philosophy, methodology, and experience with the person who needs it. For some reason, his humility and work has led him to have the trajectory that he has either as a former professional player or currently as a coach, his work speaks for itself.

The advice I have for young players and coaches interested in coaching is to always be prepared, having a training plan and convince the player through a work plan, and identify what type of player we have in the team to see what type of training degrees to implement in it. Develop the player in the main foundations of soccer; generate a playing style in training to later transfer it into the soccer ?eld
