Penultimate regular season rankings for NCAA Division I men’s soccer

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Nov. 6, 2018) – United Soccer Coaches released on Tuesday the final regular season rankings for men’s and women’s soccer teams competing in the NCAA, NJCAA and NCCAA, except NCAA Division I Men.

The final regular season rankings for NCAA Division I men’s soccer will be released next Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Note: The NAIA will release its men’s and women’s polls later today.

Wake Forest remains atop the NCAA Division I men’s poll for the fourth straight week with a 17-1-0 record, while Stanford continues its season-long stay atop the women’s poll as the Cardinal remain unbeaten at 17-0-2 on the year.

Young Harris College took over the top spot in the NCAA Division II men’s poll this week. The Mountain Lions are 16-0-1 on the year. Grand Valley State remains unbeaten at 20-0-1 on the year and stayed atop the women’s poll.

At the NCAA Division III level, Messiah College remained unbeaten at 15-0-2 and is No. 1 for the second straight week in the men’s poll, while Washington University (Mo.) is ranked No. 1 on the women’s side for the seventh week in a row with an 18-0-0 record.

Pima Community College took over the top spot in the NJCAA Men’s Division I poll and Tyler Junior College is once again in the top spot in the women’s ranking.

At the NCCAA Division I level Oklahoma Wesleyan has the top-ranked men’s team yet again this week as does Grace College on the women’s side.

United Soccer Coaches college rankings, released every Tuesday during the regular season, are an indicator of the week-to-week status of qualified programs and in no way should be used as a guide or indicator of eligibility for championship selection. To be eligible for consideration in United Soccer Coaches college rankings, a school must be a member of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program.
