Kansas City, Mo. (Jan. 25, 2023) – The association announced Bailey Conklin, United Soccer Coaches Marketing and Communications Manager, as National Staff Member of the Year. Conklin was honored at the annual Awards Banquet, in conjunction with the 2023 United Soccer Coaches Convention in Philadelphia, Pa.
Starting as an intern in 2017, Bailey has quickly advanced her career through her abilities. She has led and executed multiple projects that have positively impacted our membership and the National Office.
“This award is 100% staff driven,” said Beth Sullivan, United Soccer Coaches Chief Financial Officer. “Bailey’s dedication and ambition to be precise and impactful are a testament to her winning this award. I have watched the shy intern blossom into a professional who commands a presence yet remains gentle with those around her.”
Bailey is the inaugural recipient of the United Soccer Coaches National Staff Member of the Year award. The award aims to recognize an employee who has made significant contributions in areas related to job performance and membership satisfaction. Recognition is aimed to acknowledge those contributions that are beyond normal job expectations and are consistent with the established core criteria.
