KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 10, 2025) – United Soccer Coaches and the Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) announced the women’s finalists for the 2025 MAC Hermann Trophy, based on voting by NCAA Division I women’s soccer coaches on Wednesday.
The three finalists are Stanford University senior forward Jasmine Aikey (Palo Alto, Calif.), Florida State junior forward Jordynn Dudley (Milton, Ga.) and University of Notre Dame sophomore forward Izzy Engle (Edina, Minn.).
Aikey led the Cardinal with 53 points behind her 21 goals and 11 assists as Stanford posted a 21-2-2 record in winning the ACC championship and reaching the College Cup Final. Dudley led the Seminoles to their second NCAA College Cup title in the past three years, recording 36 points. Florida State posted a 16-2-4 record. Engle was the ACC Offensive Player of the Year after scoring 19 goals and 44 points, helping the Irish to a 15-4-3 record.
The MAC Hermann Trophy, the most coveted individual honor in NCAA Division I soccer, has been awarded annually since 1967. The 2025 MAC Hermann Trophy banquet will be held at the historic Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis on Jan. 9, 2026, to formally announce this year’s winners.
