As Black History Month comes to an end, the association wants to encourage you to continue educating yourself on the history of the ones who laid the foundation for today’s generation of Black women and men in soccer. Hearing the experiences of our Black coaches and players serves as an important reminder that we must continue to advocate for equality in the game that we all love. During our United Soccer Coaches Digital Convention, we included a session titled, “How to be an Ally.” The association would like to offer this Convention session, free of charge, in an effort to provide anti-racism resources to our coaching community. We also have a full list of anti-racism resources.
