30 Under 30 Program Class of 2023-24

MEET THE 2023-24 CLASS OF THE UNITED SOCCER COACHES 30 UNDER 30 PROGRAM

United Soccer Coaches has announced the 30 individuals selected from a pool of over 270 applicants as the 2023-24 class of the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program.

The 2023-24 class includes coaches from the youth, high school and college game. See a breakdown of this year’s class level below.

•  16 college coaches
•  2 high school coaches
•  11 youth coaches

Launched in 2013, the 30 Under 30 Program is a year-long education and mentorship opportunity designed to support up-and-coming members of the coaching profession who are 30 years of age or younger. The program gives participants exposure to mentorship, and the opportunity to take advantage of educational offerings, such as advanced diplomas and the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
