What do you believe are your strengths that will make you an effective Board member of United Soccer Coaches?
My history with the organization, as a coaching education student, instructor, mentor and leader, I have a broad view of the mission, vision and values that have allowed the organization to continue to thrive over its existence. I have had the privilege over the years to have outstanding instructors, mentors and members who took the time to invest in my development as a coach and future leader.
I am uniquely skilled negotiator who excels at unifying parties and building cross cultural relationships to forge collaborations which work in unison towards achieving specific strategic goals.
I am a very humble and amicable personality who is easy to work with.
I am very passionate about the overall tangible and non-tangible value that the membership receives and experiences as part of the organization.
My academic background training in Higher Education Leadership will allow me to strengthen the leadership development and educational components of the organization with an extended focus on empowering us as a meaningful voice across the soccer spectrum in the US and globally.
I will broaden the Advocacy initiatives to help the organization to meet and surpass its vision and commitment to diversity in the game.
