Check-InRegistration will be held, for all candidates, beginning at 1:00pm on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Hicksville High School, located at 180 Division Ave., Hicksville, NY 11801. Please be sure you have checked in and have your course materials by 3:00pm when the course begins.
Travel InformationFor those candidates flying to Long Island for the course, any of the New York City airports will work.
John F Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia International Airport and Long Island MacArthur Airport are all about 25-30 miles from the school.
Pre-Course AssignmentThere are no assignments due prior to the start of this course.
MealsAs part of the course fees, candidates will be provided three meals throughout the course. United Soccer Coaches will have meals on-site for the candidates for lunch and dinner on the first Saturday of the course and for dinner on the second Saturday of the course. Candidates will be responsible for all other meals throughout the course.

What to BringJuly weather in Hicksville, NY is typically very warm. We suggest sunscreen and caps and to always be prepared in case of rain. Among other personal items, you should bring a polo/golf shirt, shin guards, a notebook with paper, pens and pencils, practice gear, training suit, rain suit, soccer shoes and flats. You do not need to bring a soccer ball as those are provided to candidates on site.
Course SafetyUnited Soccer Coaches reminds coaches that they must have their own insurance coverage. United Soccer Coaches will not be responsible for medical payment for injuries which occur as a result of participation in the course. United Soccer Coaches also reminds coaches to wear shin guards for practical sessions. Coaches participating in practical sessions without wearing shin guards do so at their own risk.
