​Charlotte Moran Memorial Scholarship Now Accepting Applications

United Soccer Coaches Foundation is proud to currently be accepting applications and nominations for the annual Charlotte Moran Memorial Scholarship. Each year the Charlotte Moran Memorial Scholarship Selection Committee selects one deserving awardee that is embodying Charlotte's philosophies of "paying it forward" and "helping others" grow the women's game in their coaching style and in turn, their communities. Applications and nominations are being accepted through November 14, 2018 at 11:59pm eastern time.

NOTE: Applicants will need to prepare the following items before the application can be completed:

  • Applicant's Soccer Resume (No more than 1 page and in PDF format)
  • Letter of Recommendation (No more than 1 page and in PDF format)

Included in the most recent strategic plan for United Soccer Coaches is an initiative to build United Soccer Coaches Foundation’s endowment to $1,000,000. United Soccer Coaches Foundation is the charitable arm of United Soccer Coaches that supports scholarship and grant opportunities for member coaches and organizations to receive financial assistance for ongoing coaching education and resources. It is the goal of United Soccer Coaches Foundation to reach $1,000,000 by the 2019 Convention in Chicago, Illinois. Help us give back to the game by making a charitable contribution TODAY!

The United Soccer Coaches Foundation’s mission is to provide soccer coaching educational opportunities to under-served socioeconomic communities, geographic areas, and ethnic groups throughout the United States. The Foundation’s primary program activity is direct financial support through grants and through scholarships to coaching education programs.
